These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 81bd9 platform and all its services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on 81bd9, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after updated Terms are published, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms.

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use services on 81bd9. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request an identity document or other proof at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being closed at any time and your balance being forfeited.

• Each person may operate only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Keep your account credentials (username, password) completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• Report any unauthorised access to your account to us immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

81bd9 follows an identity verification process to ensure a safe environment. Before a withdrawal or in the case of any suspicious activity, we may request the following documents:

• A photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of your payment method (such as bKash or Nagad account details)

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at 81bd9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• The maximum bet amount may be limited while a bonus is active.
• If multiple accounts or systematic betting patterns are detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

81bd9 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play, and each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits. These Terms also apply to the use of this program's benefits.

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.

5.1 Cricket & Other Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on various tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL. Bet outcomes are determined based on the results of actual matches. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded or recalculated according to the applicable policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 81bd9 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing the bonus system or making fraudulent bonus claims
• Hacking, modifying, or exploiting vulnerabilities in game software
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Playing using automated bots or software
• Operating an account with a false identity or age
• Playing on behalf of or in place of a minor

If we detect suspicious activity on any account, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend it during an investigation. If fraud is proven at the end of the investigation, all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

7.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your own account at any time through our support team. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing your account. As part of responsible gaming, we also offer a Self-Exclusion option.

7.2 Suspension by Us

81bd9 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification
